The Bearded Babies is a Rory Gallagher tribute band, from Oslo, Norway.

That means that we play songs written or interpreted by the late, great Irish blues & rock singer, songwriter and guitarist Rory Gallagher (1948-1995).

The Bearded Babies did their first public appearance at the first

Norwegian Rory Gallagher tribute festival, "Oslo RoryNight" at

Herr Nilsen on the 27th of February 2009.

Since then we have played successful gigs at the annual

Rory Gallagher tribute festival in Ballyshannon, "A Taste Of Rory", the annual

Rory Gallagher tribute in Glasgow, and a few pub & club gigs as well,

amongst them Glasgow´s eldest music pub "The Clutha Vaults".

Next up is Oslo RoryNight 2010 in February 2010 and Notodden RoryNight in March.
