Bearded Babies is a Rory Gallagher tribute band, from Oslo, Norway.

We play songs written by or interpreted by the late, great Irish blues & rock singer,

songwriter and guitarist Rory Gallagher (1948-1995).

The Bearded Babies did their first public appearance at the first

Norwegian Rory Gallagher tribute festival, "Oslo RoryNight" at

Herr Nilsen on the 27th of February 2009, played Oslo RoryNights

in 2010 2011 and in 2012 as well.

Since we started in 2008 we have played successful gigs at the annual

Rory Gallagher tribute festival in Ballyshannon, "A Taste Of Rory", the annual

Rory Gallagher tribute in Glasgow, in Fürth, Germany, and we have done pub & club

gigs as well, amongst them Glasgow´s eldest music pub "The Clutha Vaults".

We also played at Notodden RoryNight in March 2010.

After Oslo RoryNights next up will be Remembering 3 irishmen - Gallagher/Lynott/Moore

in Lillehammer in April 2012,  Cork Rocks For Rory second weekend of June 2012 and

Buddys Scene, in Drammen 8th of September.
